Your business Facebook page is a platform where you can post relevant, valuable and timely information and content for your viewers. You do this to get them to know, like and trust you. Over time, you will start to get likes, comments and shares. This is your chance to shine. This is your change to engage with your viewers so they can know like and trust you even more. These are leads! And with any lead in your sales funnel, you need to nurture those leads to get them to eventually buy from you. And most local businesses don’t do anything with these leads on Facebook or even recognize that they are leads. This is a shame. Engagement on FB is no different than someone coming into or calling your business.
